Question 1

How fast will I get an offer?

Accepted Answer

Within 5 working days of the photos at the vehicle arriving. The request alone does not start that clock: our technicians need the photos of chassis, unit and insulation. If you would rather call, it is often faster.

Question 2

What do I need to photograph?

Accepted Answer

After the request you get a link. Open it on the phone you will photograph with, or send it to whoever is with the vehicle. We tell you where to stand: around the vehicle, cab, load space, cooling unit and papers. About ten minutes. You can stop and continue later.

Question 3

Can a colleague take the photos?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You make the request; a driver or colleague takes the photos. The offer, emails and payment stay with you. In the overview you choose to send the link and enter a name and number. You hear from us when the photos are in.

Question 4

Do I need to install an app?

Accepted Answer

No. The link opens in the phone's browser. You install nothing. It works on a normal iPhone or Android. If you prefer to call, call; the photos at the vehicle are still needed for the offer.

Question 5

Is the offer without obligation?

Accepted Answer

Yes, entirely without obligation. You are not committed until you accept the offer. Decline it and it stops there. You accept when you are ready; until collection day you keep using the vehicle.

Question 6

Can I sell as a private individual?

Accepted Answer

No. We only work with businesses: bakers, butchers, caterers, hauliers, fleet managers. We do not buy from private sellers. Put your company details in the request.

Question 7

How do you determine the price?

Accepted Answer

We value three things: the vehicle (year, mileage, condition), the cooling unit (brand, running hours, operation) and the insulation and body, including the ATP certificate if you have one. An ordinary trader mostly looks at the chassis. That difference is in the offer.

Question 8

What if my cooling unit is broken?

Accepted Answer

You can still sell, even if it no longer cools. Often that is exactly what interests us, because we repair in our own workshop. You do not need to pay a garage first to make the vehicle saleable. Mention the fault in the request.

Question 9

Does the vehicle still need to run or be inspected?

Accepted Answer

No. We arrive with a recovery trailer and load your vehicle, even without a valid inspection and even if it is standing still. You do not need to make it roadworthy first. We set the collection date together.

Question 10

How quickly is the vehicle collected, and can I keep driving until then?

Accepted Answer

Collection is often within a few working days of your acceptance. We set the date together. Until that day you simply keep using the vehicle. If it does not run, we come with the recovery trailer.

Question 11

How does payment work?

Accepted Answer

By instant bank transfer on the spot, on collection day. You see the money arrive before we leave. We do not leave with the vehicle until that payment is visible. Businesses get an invoice.

Question 12

What about the paperwork?

Accepted Answer

We handle the transfer of the vehicle and the invoice for your accounts. You put out what you have: registration, inspection, ATP if you have it, service history, keys and the purchase invoice. If something is missing, we say so in advance.

Question 13

My vehicle is leased or financed. Can I sell?

Accepted Answer

Yes, provided the contract is bought out. Mention it in the form and we will look at it together. Without that buy-out we cannot take the vehicle over.

Question 14

What should I have ready?

Accepted Answer

Registration document, inspection certificate, ATP certificate if you have one, service history, keys and the purchase invoice. If you cannot find a document, photograph what you have and tell us the rest. We do not ask for papers you do not have.
