What happens after your request

A few questions at your desk first. Then photos of the vehicle, on your phone. We tell you where to stand. The firm offer follows within 5 working days of those photos arriving.

The steps

From your desk to collection

You tell us what you are selling. Then you walk around the vehicle with your phone: photos, a short video of the cooling unit, and the papers. No app to install. A colleague may take the photos; the offer stays with you. If you sell, we collect the vehicle and pay on the spot before we leave.

  1. The request

Type, make, year and your details. A few minutes, including from your desk. From this point the request exists: if the photos come later, we can still reach you. A fleet can go in one go.

  2. Photos at the vehicle

Open the link on the phone you will photograph with, or send it to whoever is with the vehicle. About ten minutes. We show you where to stand and what the photo should look like. You can stop and continue later. No app.

  3. The firm offer

Our refrigeration technicians look at chassis, insulation and unit. Within 5 working days of the photos arriving, you have the offer. It is without obligation. The price only changes if the vehicle is materially different from what you showed.

  4. Collection and payment

We set the date together. Until that day you keep driving. We bring a recovery trailer if the vehicle does not run or has no valid inspection. Payment by bank transfer on the spot: you see the money arrive before we leave. We handle the paperwork.

What you photograph

The order is the same walk a technician would do.

  1. Around the vehicle

The four corners, any damage, and the worst tyre. No self-grading: a photo says more.

  2. Cab

The odometer and the dashboard with ignition on, so any warning lights show.

  3. Load space

Floor, walls, door seals and the evaporator, doors open. Side door, tail lift or partition if you have one.

  4. Cooling unit

The unit itself, the rating plate (usually on the side), a short video while it cools, and the hours if there is a meter.

  5. Papers

Registration, inspection, ATP if you have it, service history and the purchase invoice. Skip what you do not have.

Who takes the photos, and when

The person taking the photos does not have to be the seller. The offer and the emails stay with whoever made the request. From the overview you send the link to a colleague.

The link remembers where you were. Poor reception in the yard is not a reason to start over: the photos upload in the background.
